How to invite someone to your Squarespace site.
Squarespace calls the people who help with your site contributors. They sign in with their own free Squarespace account.
Takes about two minutes. We need it to edit the site you already have.
You are not giving us your password
You keep your password and you stay the site owner. Only the owner and administrators can change who has access, and you can edit or remove ours on the same panel.
The steps
- Sign in to Squarespace on a computer and open the site.
- Open the "Permissions & Ownership" panel. It is under Settings.
- Click "Invite Contributor".
- Name: Fernvie. Email: info@fernvie.com.
- Switch the "Administrator" toggle on. That covers everything in one switch instead of guessing at the individual ones.
- Click "Invite".
Then tell us
Nothing, the invitation comes to us by email. If you need to change the permissions before we accept, click our name under "Invites Sent".
