Find out what is actually wrong with your website.

The free check on our homepage reads your front page in about ten seconds. This is the whole building. Every page that matters, opened on a real phone and a real computer, with a person watching what happens.

Eight seconds, no email needed for the first findings.

Most of what we find is not exotic. It is a contact form that stopped sending months ago, a phone number that is not tappable, a page that takes nine seconds on a phone. Nobody complains about any of it. They just leave, and you never find out they were there. That is the part that costs real money, and it is invisible from the inside.

It is included free with any website package. If you hire us to build or rebuild your site, you get the full audit as part of the job and you pay nothing extra for it. On its own it is $199, and we take that $199 off your build if you hire us within 30 days. For comparison, agencies charge $500 to $2,000 for an audit of this depth, and most small businesses who pay for one pay somewhere between $100 and $750. So the only people who ever really pay for it are the people who want the answers and want to fix things themselves. That is a fine outcome too.

$199 Free with any website package. On its own it is $199, credited against your build if you hire us within 30 days. Run the free check first if you want to see what we would be looking at. Buy the audit

Not ready to pay for one? Two things we have written up in full, free: why a website does not show up on Google and what a small business website actually costs.

What you get

The fifteen things we check

Every one of these needs a person and a browser. None of it can be faked by a scanner, which is exactly why the free check does not attempt it.

The pages that matterFive to ten real pages, not just the front door. Problems usually hide on the service and contact pages.
Your site on a phoneOpened at three real screen sizes. Most of your visitors are on a phone and most owners have never looked.
We actually use itWe submit your form, tap your links, run your checkout. A dead contact form is total lost revenue and almost nobody notices.
Errors under the hoodBroken scripts and failed requests that your visitors feel as "it did not work" and you never see.
Real load speedHow fast it paints and whether the page jumps around while loading. Google counts both.
Can everyone use itContrast, keyboard access, screen readers. This is a real legal exposure for a US business, not a nice to have.
Does it look trustworthySpacing, type, hierarchy, whether it reads as dated. The thing your customers feel but cannot name.
Does the writing sellIs it clear what you do, what it costs, and why you over the other guy.
Search setup across the siteTitles, headings, links, sitemap, and whether Google is even allowed to read you.
Showing up locallyYour Google map listing and whether your name, address and phone match everywhere. Usually the biggest untapped win.
Security and stalenessOut of date software, exposed doors, insecure content. We have cleaned up after a hacked site before.
Dead endsEvery broken link and page that goes nowhere.
Is anything being measuredHalf the sites we look at have no analytics at all, so nobody can tell what is working.
How you stack up locallyTwo or three competitors in your market, side by side, so it is evidence instead of opinion.
What to do MondayThe prioritized list. This is the part you are really buying.

If social is where your customers are

The fifteen checks above are a website audit. Plenty of local businesses do most of their selling on Instagram or Facebook and barely use their site, so say so when you buy and we will look at that instead, or as well. Same $199, same call, same written report.

Six things decide whether a profile actually sells, and not one of them can be read by any automated tool, including ours. They need a person to look:

Your bio says what you sell and where you areMost local profiles waste that line on a slogan.
The link goes somewhere that sellsA link to a homepage converts worse than a link to one offer.
Highlights answer the top three questionsPrice, location, and how to order.
The first nine posts read as one brandThe grid is the first impression, not the newest post.
You post at least three times a weekBelow that, reach falls off fast.
Real customers and real results are visibleProduct shots alone convince nobody.
Paste any profile link. We show you the grade without asking for your email.

A note on what is possible, checked again on 9 August 2026. Facebook hands over the most publicly, LinkedIn gives a follower count, and YouTube and X give a name and a bio but no numbers at all. Instagram and TikTok now block reading entirely, so nothing can pull a follower count from them, ours included. Those two we grade by hand, using the six things above. Where a number cannot be got honestly we say so rather than guessing at it.

Where the free check stops

The free check

Reads the raw code of your front page. Twenty three checks, graded on trust, flow and being found. Instant, no charge, no email needed for the first findings. It is genuinely useful and it is genuinely limited: one page, and it never sees what your site looks like.

The full audit

A person opens your site on a phone and a computer, uses it the way a customer would, checks the fifteen items above, compares you to your competition, then writes it up and talks it through with you.

What we do not promise

How it works

Not sure yet? Run the free check on your front page first. It costs nothing and it will tell you whether the paid one is even worth your money.

The full audit, $199

Included at no charge with any website package. On its own, $199, and we credit it against your build if you hire us within 30 days.

Not sure it is worth it? Run the free check first. It grades your front page in about eight seconds and tells you roughly how much there is to find, before you spend anything. We would rather you bought this knowing what you are getting.
